High-quality professional paints are characterized by high hiding power (Class 1 being the best) and excellent wet scrub resistance (wipeability). Cheap paints often contain more fillers (such as chalk) than real color pigments, which is why three coats are often required to achieve full coverage. We work exclusively with low-emission, solvent-free quality paints from reputable manufacturers. Each paint has specific strengths depending on the room and usage:

Emulsion paint (dispersion paint): The versatile classic for living rooms and bedrooms. It is breathable, easy to care for, and can be tinted to almost any color.

Silicate paint (mineral paint): Extremely vapour-permeable ("breathable") and naturally alkaline. As a result, it provides natural protection against mold – ideal for basements, bedrooms, or humid areas.

Latex paint: Highly durable, scrub-resistant, and water-repellent. Perfect for high-traffic areas such as hallways, stairwells, or kitchen walls.
You don't need to completely empty the room. It helps us immensely if you remove small items, decorations, and pictures. We are happy to help move large furniture items into the center of the room with you. We take full responsibility for protecting your furnishings: we carefully mask skirting boards, windows, and doors, and cover the entire floor with durable painter's fleece to keep everything completely clean.
